No. Sky Trade runs in your web browser: open the web app and log in. Sky Trade Desktop is there if you prefer an app, and Sky Connector is only needed to link an AI app on your computer to the web app.

There is no phone app, but the web app opens in a phone browser and switches to a phone layout: the chart fills the screen and the other panels sit in a sheet you pull up from the bottom. Pinch the chart with two fingers to zoom in or out.

Yes. Sky Trade Desktop runs on Mac, Windows and Linux and keeps itself up to date on all three, though a new version can reach Linux later than Mac and Windows. It adds a Touch ID lock on Mac, extra windows for more charts, and a built-in AI connection, so you don’t need Sky Connector, not even for ChatGPT.

Yes. The panels, the settings and the AI work in English and Arabic, and in Arabic the screen layout runs from right to left. Prices keep Western digits in both languages, and the AI answers in the language you write in.

The ones your broker offers on your account: Sky Trade shows the symbols your trading server sends, so the list depends on the account you log in with. Find them with the chart’s symbol search and keep your favourites in watchlists.

Yes. The web app can remember several accounts, and the account switcher in the header moves between them. The account you are on is marked as demo or real, so you know which one you are trading.

Yes, with a session that cannot trade: a spectator login, or an account without the right to trade. The header then shows a “View-only” or “Spectator” badge, and the buttons that place, change or close trades are turned off.

Yes. In Platform Settings choose a system, dark or light theme, compact, normal or comfortable spacing, and a text size. In Chart Settings pick your own candle, background and grid colours.

A privacy switch for when you share your screen. It hides your account number and money figures, hides lot sizes unless you turn that off, and hides profit and loss or shows it as a percentage. While it is on, the AI is not given your account number and its voice goes quiet, but it still reads the figures it needs to answer.

A practice room inside the chart. Pick a point in the past, replay the market bar by bar or tick by tick at one of 6 speeds, and trade it with a paper account, so no real order is ever sent. When you finish, a scorecard sums up your trades.

Claude Desktop through Add to Claude Desktop (Claude Desktop then asks you to confirm the install), Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and any MCP app that takes a web address with an authorization header. ChatGPT connects through OpenAI’s Secure MCP Tunnel: press “Connect ChatGPT” in the Connection tab and paste two values from the OpenAI Platform. The link runs through Sky Connector or Sky Trade Desktop on your own computer.

For the chat inside Sky Trade, yes: paste a key from Anthropic or from an OpenAI-compatible service such as OpenAI, OpenRouter or Groq. If you connect an AI app you already use, such as Claude Desktop, no key goes into Sky Trade at all.

It can ask to. Every trade the AI wants to make opens an approval dialog, and nothing happens until you press Approve. Only on a demo account you chose it for, direct demo trading lets the AI trade without asking; it is never offered on a real account.

Your key stays in your browser and is sent only to your AI provider, never to Sky Trade. Turn off “Remember my key on this device” and it is forgotten when you close the tab.

It works through 64 tools: it reads prices and candles, changes the symbol and timeframe, draws, adds indicators, sets price alerts and fills in order tickets for you to check. It can also run Trading Lab replays and speak its answers aloud.

Yes, at once. The pause button in the chat window stops the chat, and the pause switch on the Connection tab stops a connected AI app; a request still waiting for your approval is cancelled. Signing out signs the AI out too.
